satisfaction in their jobs. It has been a unique way to understand more than the resume and understand who the person is and how they operate both in the recruiting and the employment engagement side of things.
We are able to view how closely a candidate matches the job profile and look for areas of success in the position. We match current employees for potential advancement opportunities within the company. We utilize the tool to look for areas that an employee may be struggling in and work with supervisors to aid the employee in those specific areas. We are able to look at areas such as communication, sense of urgency, willingness to try new things, understanding how the employee adjusts to change etc. We utilize the tool if there is conflict and we are able to review each side from an outsider looking in point of view and help facilitate a better understanding between employees, employee supervisor etc.
