Brent Williams

CEO

Brent Williams has been a valued member of AME since 1995.  He’s served in diverse roles ranging from technical management to sales leadership. His dedication and hard work led to his promotion to the position of President in January 2011. As President, Brent Williams is responsible for the strategic development planning of new services and plays a critical role in guiding the executive team towards the successful execution of AME’s strategic plan.

Brent brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his role. He leads the executive team by example and inspires them to achieve their best. Under his guidance, AME has continued to innovate and grow, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing technology landscape.

Brent’s commitment to excellence and proven leadership skills makes him an asset to AME and an instrumental part of the company’s continued success.


Melinda Hedge

Vice President of Human Resources

Melinda Hedge began her tenure at The AME Group in 1996 and currently holds the title of Vice President of Human Resources. Her role extends beyond HR, encompassing oversight of payroll, recruiting, employee training, benefit plan and employee stock ownership plan administration.  In addition, she is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company’s goals.  Prior to her promotion to this position in 2007, she held the position of Human Resources Director. Melinda’s leadership plays a crucial role in driving organizational success through effective people management strategies.


Rob Diplotti

Vice President of Sales

Rob is the Vice President of Sales, responsible for managing all aspects of the sales operation. His focus is on revenue growth within the current customer base as well as expanding the base in existing and new markets. With vast experience consulting with clients across many technology platforms, Rob offers our clients a trusted resource for their IT needs. Because Rob embodies the concept of a partner not a provider, hundreds of organizations have trusted him to consult and advise in the past and he ensures his team of consultants will do the same.


Larry Brock

Vice President of Technology Services

Mr. Brock joined AME through the acquisition of Certified IT in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President of Services in January, 2011. He is responsible for overseeing the Directors of Services/Networking, Operational Support Center, Technical Staff and Software Development. Prior to his promotion, he was most recently the Director of Services for all technical staff. Mr. Brock was the Chief Operating Officer at Certified IT and has 18 years of experience working in the IT industry. He also has experience in Research and Development from the Army.


Jeremy Casserly

Vice President of Managed Services

Jeremy Casserly joined The AME Group through the acquisition of Business Advantage in 2011. He was promoted to Vice President of Managed Services in February 2023. He is responsible for overseeing and guiding the Operational Support Center (OSC), Service Management and Technical Staff across all of our locations. Prior to his promotion, he held the position of Director of Service for all technical staff. Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His military service in the US Army has provided him with experience in leadership as well as the desire to serve others.
